Biznes Chat — Data Deletion Instructions
1. Overview
Biznes Chat stores the information described in the Privacy Policy. A business owner can stop the Instagram connection in the app at any time. Full deletion of stored information is carried out on request, by email. Biznes Chat does not implement Meta's automatic data-deletion callback; this page is the deletion method.
2. Disconnect Instagram (in the app)
Business owner: open Settings → Instagram → "Uzish" and confirm.
- The stored Instagram access token is erased immediately, and Biznes Chat can no longer send messages for the account.
- Historical conversations and messages are not deleted (see section 4).
- It does not remove Biznes Chat's access on Instagram (see section 3). Until that is removed, Meta may keep sending new message notifications. They are recorded as ignored (not shown and not answered).
Other actions available in the app:
- turning off AI auto-reply (AI Rules), which stops sending new customer messages to the AI provider;
- deleting products (Products);
- editing the business information (AI Rules → business profile), which overwrites the old values.
3. Remove Biznes Chat's Access on Instagram
The owner of the business's Instagram professional account can revoke the access at any time:
- Open Instagram (app or instagram.com) and sign in to the business account.
- Go to Settings → Apps and websites (in some versions: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
- Under Active, select Biznes Chat and choose Remove.
Meta then stops sending that account's messages to Biznes Chat, and any stored token stops working. The next time Biznes Chat tries to use the token (sending a reply or renewing it), the connection is marked "needs reconnecting". Removing access does not by itself delete information already stored by Biznes Chat; request that as described in section 4.
For a complete stop, do both: disconnect in the app (section 2) and remove the access on Instagram.
4. Request Full Deletion
Send a request to yahyogupamov@gmail.com. App users should write from the email address of their Biznes Chat account. Instagram customers should include the business's Instagram username and the approximate dates of their messages. We may ask for confirmation that the request is genuine.

5. What Gets Deleted
- Automatically, today: only the Instagram access token, when Instagram is disconnected in the app.
- On a completed request: the data listed in section 4 is removed from the live database.
Nothing else is deleted automatically. Conversations, messages, customers and stored Meta notifications remain until a request is carried out. This includes notifications Meta delivers after a disconnect.
6. What May Remain Temporarily
- Backups: if our database provider (Supabase) keeps backups for our plan, they may contain copies until they expire according to the provider's backup schedule.
- Server logs: these contain request ids, paths, status codes and error codes, but no message text or tokens. They are kept according to the hosting provider's log retention.
- Instagram itself: deleting data from Biznes Chat does not delete the conversation in Instagram Direct, which is held by Meta.
- Legal obligations: information that the law requires us to keep, if any, is kept only as long as required.
7. Processing Time
We confirm each request by email and complete it within 30 days.
